Installation

Take down

Even after the holiday season ends, our service remains active! We include safe and meticulous takedown as part of your lighting package, and we'll coordinate the timing of the takedown with you when you make your booking.

  • Will your installers remove the lights as well as install them?

    Absolutely. Our professionals are dedicated to providing you with a beautiful Christmas display, as well as taking all of the burden out of shopping for necessary materials, installing lights, and removing the lights after the holiday season. Removal and storage is included in our price.

  • What happens if I have a problem with your lights?

    Our qualified installers are trained to take all of the necessary measures to prevent any problems with your lights. However, if you do have a problem with your display, we have service technicians to correct the problem as soon as possible.

  • How long does a Christmas or holiday light installation take?

    Our crew can install most Christmas light displays in less than a day. Larger or more elaborate displays may require a bigger team or take several days to complete.

  • Will you install our own decor as well?

    Most likely! For commercial clients, we can both provide items and work with the decor you have.  If you need us to store your decor, we'll just need to know and we can work it into your package pricing.  The only exception is the lights themselves--those we'll provide and install to ensure the most professional, streamlined, safe, and consistent display possible.  But if you have greenery, wreaths, garland, trees, lawn ornaments, fiberglass displays or interactive displays, or other decor we can provide pricing for installation and/or storage only.  No problem!

  • Do you install lights for other holidays and events as well?

    We can absolutely install for other holidays or events!  We Install lights for Valentine's Day, Easter, 4th of July, Memorial Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Diwali, weddings, barbecues, parties, festivals, birthdays, corporate events, and more. We can light up your building, add lights to the interior of your space, light up patios, install app-controlled permanent lights that can be changed with your event, install lit greenery like wreaths or garland, wrap trees, line your driveways and walkways, and more. Just let us know your vision and we can talk design for any occasion!

  • When should we book our commercial Christmas light service?

    The earlier, the better! Our calendar fills up quickly in the fall, so we recommend booking as soon as possible to ensure your preferred installation date.




  • Can we customize the design to match our brand or theme?

    Commercial Christmas lighting is 100% customizable.  Since we're custom-cutting your lights to match your space, we have full control over every bulb. We can match your colors, or we can install a permanent light system that allows you to choose from 16+million colors for each individual bulb with the touch of an app that stays up year round!  

  • Are you licensed and insured?

    We are 100% licensed and insured. NoVA Light Pros is under the Kraus Remodeling umbrella.  Our professionals are managed by a Class A CBC/RBC Virginia license (the highest possible!).  For insurance, we not only carry standard insurance, but we carry the additional endorsements for roof, ladder, and lighting work that are necessary for our services to be completely covered.  Most of the companies in our area are primarily landscapers, power washers, or other small service providers and they do not carry the proper insurance for lighting, so be diligent in your research!

  • Do you offer multi-year contract discounts?

    We have many ways of thanking our repeat clients, and one of them is providing a multi-year discount.  When we provide our proposal for your commercial Christmas lights, we'll include an option for multi-year discounts as well.  The bigger the project, the bigger the discount!

  • Are your lights energy efficient?

    NoVA Light Pros utilizes only commercial-grade LEDs in all of our lighting (unless otherwise requesed).  LED lighting is bright, beautiful, and easy on your energy bill.  They are the most energy efficient lights available.  You'll likely see very little change on your energy bills.

  • Do you only provide lights, or do you have other decor?

    Our commercial Christmas light services don't stop at putting up your lights!  If you don't want or need lights, or if you want to add to your lighting display, we also offer accessories like ground lighting, spritzers, fiberglass displays, large Christmas trees, wreaths, garland, bows, interactive disiplays, 3D displays, and more! If you want it, we can make it happen.  And we can even store them for you if you'd like!

  • How much does your commercial Christmas lighting cost?

    This is a hard thing to answer for commercial properties because everyone's space and needs are so completely different. However, you can likely expect to spend over $1000, and some of our clients have spent over $100K on a display--so it's really about your vision, your budget, and where we can find that sweet spot where they meet.
